Receive Rewards After Applying for Muang Thai Smile Club Membership for the First Time!

2. The first-time Muang Thai Smile Club membership application via MTL Click Application or MTL Mini Click on LINE Applications during 28 September 2022 - 28 December 2022 at 23.59 hrs.

3. How to check the winners’ number: Sort from Muang Thai Smile Club membership application dates by separating the channels for membership application as follows :
3.1. Customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership for the first time via MTL Click Application.
3.1.1. The 18th:  HATARI Air Purifier (32 sq. m.) HT-AP12 Model worth 2,889.90 Baht for 1 reward.
3.1.2. The 36th, 54th, and 72nd (the first three numbers divisible by 18) Imarflex Electric Kettle (1.2 Liter) IF-142 Model worth 197.95 Baht for 3 rewards, amounting to 593.85 Baht in total.
3.1.3. The 1st -150th   (except for the 18th, 36th, 54th, and 72nd) Tops e-Voucher worth 100 Baht for 150 rewards, amounting to 15,000 Baht.

3.2. Customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership for the first time via MTL Mini Click on LINE Application.
3.2.1. The 18th:  HATARI Air Purifier (32 sq. m.) HT-AP12 Model worth 2,889.90 Baht for 1 reward.
3.2.2. The 36th , 54th , and 72nd  (the first three numbers divisible by 18) Imarflex Electric Kettle (1.2 Liter) IF-142 Model worth 197.95 Baht for 3 rewards, amounting to 593.85 Baht in total.
3.2.3. The 1st -150th   (except for the 18th, 36th, 54th, and 72nd) Tops e-Voucher worth 100 Baht for 150 rewards, amounting to 15,000 Baht.

4. The Company reserves the right for individual-policy customers of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership for the first time during 28 September 2022 - 28 December 2022 at 23.59 hrs., excluding changes or updates to member information on MTL Click Application or MTL Mini Click on LINE Application.
5. The Company shall announce the list of winners on 10 January 2023 via www.muangthai.co.th.
6. Rewards cannot be converted into cash or changed for other rewards. The rewards cannot be transferred to others.
7. The Company reserves the right to grant only one highest reward to only one member. 1 member can participate the campaign via 1 membership application channel only. 
8. The lucky winners who receive reward worth 1,000 Baht and above are required to pay withholding tax of 5% of the reward value according to the Revenue Department’s Order No. TorPor. 4/2528 and TorPor. 101/2544.

9. The reward will be delivered to the winners’ contact information registered while applying for Muang Thai Smile Club membership within 14 days from the winner announcement date.
9.1. For customers who receive HATARI Air Purifier (32 sq. m.) HT-AP12 Model or imarflex Electric Kettle (1.2 Liter) IF-142 Model, the rewards will be delivered to the address registered while applying for Muang Thai Smile Club membership within 14 days from the winner announcement date.
9.2. For customers who receive Tops e-Voucher worth 100 Baht, the reward will be sent via SMS to the phone number registered while applying for Muang Thai Smile Club membership within 14 days from the winner announcement date.

10. The reward consideration is subject to the discretion and decision of the committee which shall be final.
11. Staff and agents of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL cannot participate the campaign.
12. The Company reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, including any rewards as it deems appropriate, which value may be equal or higher, without prior notice.
13. The reward recipients give consent to the Company to collect and use the personal data for delivering the rewards and give consent to the company to print or publish the reward winner list for advertising and publicizing the business to the general public on the Company's website and online medias both at present and/or in the future under the supervision scope of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL for the campaign period of 1 year. 14. Conditions for using Tops e-Voucher are as specified by Central Food Retail Company Limited.
14.1. This gift card is a cash voucher for shopping at every branch of Tops and Central Food Hall (except for Tops online).
14.2. This gift card is valid for products with regular and promotional price.
14.3. This gift card cannot be used for paying service fees or topping up, all types of phone cards and top-up cards, alcohol products, cigarettes, book products (newspapers, magazines), CDs, rental shops, food courts, pharmacy, Central Eatery, and Segafredo Zanetti Espresso.
14.4. This gift card cannot be used to pay for all products via Grab, Dolphin Order, Click and Collect, Chat & Shop, and Phone & Delivery.
14.5. The privilege can be used only once and cannot be converted into cash.
14.6. The Company reserves the right to not accept screenshots under any circumstances.
14.7. Central Food Retail Company Limited reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.

15. Conditions to receive HATARI Air Purifier (32 sq. m.) HT-AP12 Model and Imarflex Electric Kettle (1.2 Liter) IF-142 Model :
15.1. The reward will be delivered to the address and phone number registered while applying for Muang Thai Smile Club membership within 14 days from the winner announcement date.
15.2. If there is an evidence that the reward is already received, and the winner does not contact the Company within 90 days from the winner announcement date, the Company shall deem that the reward has been successfully received by the winner. The Company is not responsible for delivering the new reward in all cases.
15.3. If the Company cannot contact the members within 90 days for delivery, the privilege will be declared void in all cases.
15.4. In case of broken or damaged reward, please report Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL within 7 days after receiving the reward to carry out the inspection and arrange replacement according to the consideration of Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL.
