Lady Health Check (cancer screening for women)

1. Muang Thai Smile Club members can redeem points and privileges from 1 October 2022 – 31 December 2022.
2. Members can redeem points via MTL Click Application and present the privilege code to schedule an appointment to receive the services at participating hospitals under Paolo Hospital Group.
3. The privilege code is valid until 31 December 2022.
4. Members can keep the code they used to redeem points at ""My Coupon Menu"" on the MTL Click Application, Until the end of the program term. or delete used coupon after using the code successfully.
5. Please make an appointment for the service at least 3 business days in advance.
6. A member is entitled to up to 4 privileges throughout the campaign, and the privilege can be transferred to others.
7. The aforementioned program already includes doctor fee and outpatient service fee.
8. The Company reserves the right not to return redeemed accumulated points under any circumstances.
9. The company reserves the right cannot be exchanged for cash or exercised with other promotions.
10. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as deemed appropriate without prior notice.
11. Muang Thai Smile Club by Muang Thai Life Assurance only provides the privileges for its members.   However, the Company has no involvement with the service.
12. Conditions of the point redemption are as specified by Muang Thai Life Assurance.  
13. Accumulated Smile Points are only a symbol used for claiming the privilege to participate in Muang Thai Smile Club activities which are arranged for building relations with customers who apply for Muang Thai Smile Club membership.
