Change of Smile Health Checkup Voucher Privilege
Muang Thai Life Assurance PCL would like to inform you of the health checkup privilege which is changed from Smile Health checkup vouchers to Smile Point redemption for participation in Smile Healthy Plus Program. Smile Healthy Plus Program offers a variety of health checkup programs in order to meet the checkup needs in each age range. It also includes more specific health screening tests such as exercise stress test (EST), upper and lower abdomen ultrasound and breast cancer screening with digital mammogram.
However, the Company shall continue offering the following special privileges which meet the members’ lifestyles for greater happiness.

• Muang Thai Smile Reserved Parking Service click

• Smile Point redemption via MTL Click Application click
